In this video, I’ll guide you through the process of connecting Make.com to Instagram, enabling automated posts for photos, reels, and carousels using Airtable. We’ll start with a simple Airtable setup where you can add your post text, images, and videos. You’ll see how to select the post type—either photo, reel, or carousel—and mark it as “Ready for Posting” to trigger the automation.

I’ll demonstrate how to set up a Make.com scenario that filters your Airtable records based on their status. Then, we’ll create the necessary Instagram connection.

Next, we’ll set up different types of posts: a photo post, a reel post, and a carousel post. I’ll explain how to correctly use media URLs and captions, ensuring everything is formatted for Instagram. You’ll also learn how to handle common issues, like media hosted on Google Drive or Dropbox, and how to troubleshoot errors related to video dimensions.
