In this video, I defined an automation stack and provides a step-by-step guide on how to choose the right one for your business.

I also explained that an automation stack is a combination of different tools such as your Project Management (PM) tool, CRM, and automation engine (like Zapier or Make.com)—working together as a single, cohesive unit to drive business efficiency .

I categorized automation stack into three fundamental components:

-Trigger Layer (Input): Where data enters the system.
-Logic Layer: The core automation engine (like Zapier or Make.com) that sets the rules and processes.
-Database Layer (Output): Where data is stored (like a CRM or Google Sheet).

Additionally, i also emphasized the importance of integrating an AI layer (using tools like Gemini or Claude) to enhance personalization, improve decision-making, and create dynamic responses within your workflows.

Finally, I highlighted common mistakes to avoid, such as choosing too many tools, selecting tools before mapping your business process, and opting for tools with limited API flexibility.
